We take pride in our customer service. If there is anything wrong with the items received, please reach out to our Customer Support and we will sort that out for you.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch — but any refund will be at our discretion.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
If an item is returned to us damaged, or differs from its original condition when purchased from us, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
You can return the items by visiting our store or posting them to us.
In either case, please notify us that you would like to return an item. We will issue you with a Return Shipping Label, if required, (you will need to print it). Please return the products in the same condition and, if possible, in the same packaging as they were shipped to you. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, we will refund the shipping cost up to the amount of what it would cost if your were to use our own courier.
All returned parcels must be clearly marked "RETURNED MERCHANDISE".
Returns from the USA may be processed in our dedicated warehouse in New Jersey or shipped back to the UK — this depends on the type of products you are returning, and our support team will advise you what to do. Returns from all other international orders are returned to the UK.
